Manufacturing Process
GaMra takes pride in the products we produce for our customers. We won’t stop until the best product is created to meet your needs. Below are all the steps involved in making your product the best.
3D Printing - This is the first step in our manufacturing process. Once we receive your prints or ideas we can make test samples on our 3D printers. We will send samples to make sure it meets all the specs.
In-House Tooling - Something that has made GaMra stand out is our In-House Tooling. This has allowed for faster turn around times and speeds up the manufacturing process substantially. Once the 3D printed parts get approved we start cutting and honing your new dies in our state of the art Tool Shop.
Development - Development is where we get to see your product for the first time from extrusion lines. Our Development team will fine tune temperatures and tooling to make sure your part meets specifications. These parts will go through extensive checks for tolerances and quality checks. Once we have everything dialed in properly we will do a small sample run and send it to you.
Production- After approval of the Developed parts we will begin full production. Every part is carefully inspected by our operators to guarantee every part is top quality, additionally our quality control department will check the parts every hour to ensure the part is within the agreed upon specifications. Parts will be packed to meet the shipping needs allowing for a safe delivery of your product.
Fabrication - Some parts need some additional work off the production line. This can includes a wide range from insertion of additional parts, special cutting, Drilling, and more. Our dedicated fabrication department is able to handle special requests ensuring the part is perfect upon arrival.
Quality Control - GaMra’s Quality Control department takes pride in there work and the parts that we produce. Not only are parts checked at minimum every hour, but additionally they are ran through multiple tests and are able to hold with in tolerance.
